Request account deletion

Send your request

Email support@thenxtdigital.com from the email address associated with your NXTDIGITAL account. Use the subject line NXTDIGITAL Account Deletion Request.

Include:

• The account email address.
• Your name and business or workspace name, if applicable.
• Whether you are requesting account closure, personal-data deletion, or both.
• Any active service or subscription that should also be reviewed for cancellation.

Do not send your password, payment-card details, or other authentication secrets.

What happens next

1. Support confirms receipt and verifies that you control the account.
2. An authorized operator reviews the account and data covered by the request.
3. Support confirms completion, or explains any records that must be retained and the reason for retaining them.

Sending the email does not immediately erase records, disable access, or cancel billing. Wait for written confirmation from support for each requested action.

Deletion and required retention

NXTDIGITAL will process personal data it controls according to the verified request. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or audit obligations. Any retained records remain restricted to those purposes.

Data held independently by a connected third-party provider may also be subject to that provider's deletion and retention policies.
